Subsequently, you need to have a rest as well. When you suffer from cold, your body will seem weaker and you need to have a proper rest that can help you to get relief soon. However, if you are not catching a cold currently, you just need to make sure that you also have time to rest in a proper way after a long day. Moreover, you should not forget to eat fruits as well especially fruits like orange and lemon since it can help you to stay away from cold as well.
